“Everything you see exists together in a delicate balance”-James Earl Jones

Top level view of the walking path I took inside Providence Canyon

Recently, I visited Providence Canyon, known as the “Little Grand Canyon”, in Southwest Georgia. I have not visited Grand Canyon, from photographs Providence Canyon does appear as a smaller version. Walking through the canyon and observing the textured details within the canyon wall is amazing. To think this structure has been there for millions of years is interesting. The walls were formed through erosion, causing destruction yet creating a new creation. What is even amazing is the number of plants and trees that have thrive with canyon floors and walls creating its own ecosystem.

Providence Canyon aka “Little Grand Canyon”

Canyons are a perfect example in nature that showcases balance in nature. Canyons have been around for millions of years which are caused by “movements of rivers, the processes of weathering, erosion, and tectonic activity”- National Geographic. Nature is the ultimate teacher when it comes to understanding the concept of balance. Go outside and YOU will understand. Experiencing it firsthand is a gift.

Let me know what you have learned & remember everything balances out.
