Raindrops on window driving down I-10

As I drove down I-10 W during Labor Day weekend to an event downtown, the rain started to sprinkle on my windshield. As I looked to the right I saw eerie rain clouds hovering downtown Houston. The scene appeared as a captured photograph in a book.

Downtown Houston was out of focus and everything else around was in focus. As my car came to a stop due to traffic slow down, I captured the raindrops on the left corner of my wind shield. The raindrops were shaped beautifully on my windshield.

As I looked at the photograph, I thought about how my mood sometimes represents a raindrop. How so? Sometimes as humans we are living our lives on high and something happens and we find ourselves falling down as gravity pulls us down greater than ever and we can’t resist to pull up. But if we don’t attempt to pull up ourselves we tend to go day by day losing our energy slowly. Just like the rain drop becomes stagnant on the windshield as its energy is being wiped away by the windshield wipers.
